Just build one. Just spec it out so it doesn't hit a brick wall once the new consoles are out and ports would require more resources.

Asked about that before on GameFAQs before I got my current computer in 2014, and was told that for the price range I was looking at (same as I am now), there was little difference between pre-built and picking the parts out myself. Don't know if that's changed since then or not.

What would you be using it for? If you're just using it for internet, email, MS Office, that's fine, as it doesn't have a dedicated GPU so gaming is out, as is audio/video processing. Ventilation and cooling is very average for a prebuilt, so expect minimal.

Was looking to do some gaming on it, though mostly single player stuff. Not concerned about getting the highest framerate, nor about getting the highest possible resolution, but mostly with being able to play stuff without having to put all the graphics settings on minimum, especially games that have been released in the past 3/4 years. I could name one or two specific games I have in mind if needed
