The game has no real content, its basically a software key to access online features right? Completely different than a disk with the content on it. Also eula laws only apply if you agree to them. There are plenty of games that do not have these and legally if you are able to play a game without agreeing to eula then you are not bound to it although that usually involves playing a cracked version of the game which presents other legal problems.
