The one I got in '14 was an off the shelf computer from the Walmart in the city I was living in at the time RCtheWSBC posted... If you're trying to start somewhere, work backwards from the specific games you have in mind. Look up their minimum and recommended requirements. Another website that lays out a bunch of different builds at different price points: https://www.logicalincrements.com/ I'll keep that in mind.
