Kind of like the homicide department is happy about a lot of murders because it means job security, right? Or how hospitals love it when people get sick? Seriously, stop quadrupling down on your stupid statements. Otherwise what do you suggest as an alternative? Imprisoning anybody who speeds? Or just taking their licenses?
