Or does something still happen even if he gets delegates but does not win? It seems like if there isn't a reason to go out and vote, people shouldn't go out and vote. As I said, honest question. I'm kind of a political moron, I don't know if there are ways to vote from home or if this would actually do anything other than take away votes from Biden but not doing anything else. --- ...
