i honestly hated it, characters sucked, felt like a chore from beginning to end

They really shafted the returning Vault Hunters huh? Some like Zero and Mordecai/Brick were basically cameos smh

I heard Gaige gets it rough in the new DLC too, smh

I believe performance is just uncapped, but it's highly variable. On One X I think resolution hits 30 fps consistently, but it doesn't on Pro last time I played. Unless you're playing split screen, which is supposed to have a lot of issues.

I personally thought BL3 was pretty good. The overarching story was bad, I'll admit, but the sub stories in each planet was pretty good imo. And the general gunplay is improved imo, and I've seen plenty of capacity for unique and fun builds/setups in late game. I also like the way they did TVHM, although I am not a fan of Mayhem mode. Imo they absolutely need to add a UVHM/Mayhem mode without random modifiers (idk if they've done this already since I haven't checked in a while, though).

For me, the confusing thing about BL3 is that the guns feel a lot more "samey" to me than BL2, although I know that by objective measurements BL3 probably has more gun variety. But idk, every Jakobs pistol feels the same, every Torgue shotgun feels the same, etc. when in BL2 you could get great or shitty versions of most weapon types.

I played it closer to launch, but I'm putting it down until at least the first season pass is done and the devs catch up to the bugs and iron out their desired balance changes.

The gunplay is definitely my favorite part about the game, but yeah, most of the guns feel like direct upgrades with no real variables between them. ATLAS guns are so fun to use though

And the Performance setting is so weird. Itll hit 60 no problem in some open areas but other open areas and even Sanctuary causes it to chug. Hopefully they improve on it through future updates but Im not holding my breath sadly.

I know Resolution setting is fine but once you play Borderlands in 60 FPS it feels so off to go back to 30 FPS, especially when the graphics barely changed lol
