Georgia hasnt had any significant change in numbers per day since their slow re-open (they had a horrible Monday)

Ohio & South Carolina are about the same

Colorado's made some progress thou

States with higher populations need to keep their eye on how Texas will do over the next week or so

Then one of three things will happen
1. Other states will adopt successfully reopened states measures and their phase plans will move forward

2. Reopened states will have the same numbers as they did before loosening restrictions which will lead to the continuation of demanding freedom vs staying at home

3. The reopened states fail, numbers increase and those states that were cautious about reopening too soon will remain in lockdown

Tl;dr - Its up to individual states, their policies and whether they can "flatten the curve" before moving forward

Edit - Yeah, it'll probably continue to be a thing until a vaccine is made
