I've thought about that notion myself a bit recently, which caused me to question whether or not they were actually among my favorite games. Compare that to something like LttP which I've beaten at least 70 or 80 times over the years. Much to that point, I was replaying SMB3 recently -- doing it as a 100% (I only skipped one stage because it required precise timing and I forgot I could save scum for unlimited lives to retry it) -- and, while I still think it's a great game, I'm not sure I can describe it as a favorite any more (or, at least, not among my top 10 or 15). --- (\/)(\/)|-| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. ...
