The weird assassin/bounty hunter chick that got shoehorned into the last one just to give Poe some backstory was way worse imo literally impossible. She was barely in the movie at all and unlike Holdo, didnt spend half the movie antagonizing a hero for literally no reason other than to annoy viewers. And it doesnt matter how you spin it, you cannot convince me that it made literally any sense for an officer to deprive a fellow officer of the plan for the sake of teaching him a lesson when the survival of literally everyone depends on the application of said plan, and considering he was still a ranking officer, he wouldve been directly involved in the implementation of said plan.
