Honestly, assuming that the ID post is true, it sounds like it's entirely Mick's fault. He agreed to a deadline, asked for an extension, agreed to a contingency plan, failed to meet all of his deadlines, and then threw ID under the bus when he wasn't happy with what they had to do to deal with his own failures. I didn't want to assume that outright because we don't know if the dude was actually chasing perfection or not for this game. I do agree with ya though if not for the fact that he's been petty about the topic since release.
