One of the best latter day Steely Dan tracks. Smooth & chill while also packing lyrics with some serious punch. The percussion carries this song along like you're riding on a cloud, while the horn section gives the song a very retro feel without being outdated in the slightest.

This is my favorite CoB track by far. I just love the slight proggy elements which gives the song a really epic feeling, especially with the keyboards being off the charts good here, before performing a power metal solo towards the tail-end of the song. And hey, death metal vocals I can actually understand!

A Metallica classic for a reason. It has one of the greatest riffs of all time, even if it's not my personal favorite Metallica riff. It's the most accessible metal song out there, and yet that doesn't diminish its power or very sinister undertones with one of the best vocal performances by James. Amazing solo as well.

The beat is great and flow solid, yet I find some of the bars cheesy in-between some clever ones. The quality is just very incosisent throughout imo, also there a lot of rhymes here I feel were included for rhyming's sake.

I've never heard of these guys before, but now I totally want to dig into their discography! This song was like purposely designed to cause nostalgic attacks, with that amazing 80s post-punk sound you can't get anywhere else, which is definitely ironic due to the lyrical content of the song. I wish the production was a little cleaner in some parts, however I can't deny it's raw, emotional power at the same time.

I mean it's pretty solid, but for 12 minutes, there a lot of parts that don't really interest me and I thus can't justify going throuhgh that length every time if I were to replay this. There are solid grooves especially at the 5 and 10 minute marks and it finishes super strong. If I were in the right mood I'd play this again and like I said, musically, the quality is definitely there.
