It has one of the greatest riffs of all time, even if it's not my personal favorite Metallica riff. It's the most accessible metal song out there, and yet that doesn't diminish its power or very sinister undertones with one of the best vocal performances by James. Amazing solo as well. This song was like purposely designed to cause nostalgic attacks, with that amazing 80s post-punk sound you can't get anywhere else, which is definitely ironic due to the lyrical content of the song. I wish the production was a little cleaner in some parts, however I can't deny it's raw, emotional power at the same time. There are solid grooves especially at the 5 and 10 minute marks and it finishes super strong.
