Topic	How do you like your potatoes?
captpackrat 05/06/20 1:47:07 PM #21:	I made extra baked potatoes this morning. I always do since I have to run the oven for an hour whether I'm making 1 potato or 12. So the next day I take some of the leftover potatoes, slice them up and fry them in ghee or butter. Then I fry up some eggs and sliced up bacon and serve them on top of the potatoes along with a bit of grated cheese.
