It doesn't really matter when, so why not in the warmest months of the year, where the virus has a harder time spreading and people are (typically) at their healthiest? I mean I just don't understand what this lock-down is actually accomplishing. MOST hospitals in the US are literally laying off nurses...and then when the lock down ends or even starts to end, the healthcare system will be completely overwhelmed anyway with months worth of back-up appointments. And the longer the lock-down continues, the longer it takes the healthcare system to catch-up. And it's not even a real lockdown in most parts of the world. I was literally standing in line at a Subway today with four people in line and two employees. Walmart was packed today too. Is this really a lockdown?
