It's just inconsistent.
It's almost as if the staunchly "pro-life" (in actuality, anti-choice is a better term) position is an inherently flawed one.

By all means, if you (and that is, YOU, not your wife, daughter, sister, whatever, but YOU) would choose to carry a pregnancy conceived through rape, fine. You should have the right to make that choice. That's the keyword though: "choice." Without the freedom to choose, women are essentially second-class citizens.
