By all means, if you (and that is, YOU, not your wife, daughter, sister, whatever, but YOU) would choose to carry a pregnancy conceived through rape, fine. You should have the right to make that choice. That's the keyword though: "choice." Without the freedom to choose, women are essentially second-class citizens.

Body autonomy is super-important as a cornerstone of civilization.

Once the state says you do not have the right to your own body, you are no longer a free person, you are property of the state.

This is also why I think drugs need to be legalized.
