And if they actually modded based on the ToS then that would be a valid arguement. As it is now the majority of moderations here are for things that aren't actually mentioned in the ToS and are just made up at random based on whichever mod decides to pretend to be offended at that particular time. And of course theres the people the mods just don't like so those people will get modded for stuff that no one else will.

Maybe if there was any type of logic or consistency with the rules as to what is moddable and what isn't then telling people to just follow the ToS would be fine. But as it stands the rules are completely made up with the mods just circle jerking the vote as to whether it's actually a violation.
