It's a bit annoying when you hear your favorite character say something good in Japanese and then read something that doesn't make it so special in the english traslation. Sometimes I'm having a hard time convincing my friends that the character was very thoughtful rather than what it seemed to be that he didn't care , something like that. Like what for example? (Note: I'm not being aggressive or mean.
