So, because I basically defined my bracket on The Show as "pick Xenoblade to win Div 4, pick Witcher>Skyrim, and call it a day," I decided to look at the cookie.

The cookie missed:
6 points in R1
6 points in R2
8 points in R3
8 points in R4
32 points in R6

If you make the two changes I described, that shrinks to:
6 points in R1
6 points in R2
4 points in R3
for a total of -16.

For comparison, my bracket:
5 points in R1
10 points in R2
4 points in R3
for a total of -19.

You could have literally won this contest with 3 risks.
