I vaguely recall having an issue similar to this right after upgrading to windows 10 (I wanted to play Forza), and I think getting the login sorted was what eventually worked. I've also read a lot of people saying that that was what fixed their issue. also, make sure you're using the right microsoft account, or maybe even try making a new one, etc. another thing I would try is see if there are any error messages in event viewer, it sounds like maybe there are no windows store log messages, but one guy does say you can find it in Event Viewer under Applications and Services -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Store -> Operational --- ...
