I've never done anything but run and I can tell you that once they were on me I did not in any way resist. The worst I ever got was a firm grab on my arm. That's it. For real though, stop trying to resist when you're up against a guy who can literally kill you and get off scott free. It may suck but I'm here and that guy is dead.
