Topic	Oh hey there's a Paper Mario esque indie game.

Without the hard mode medal I'd say it's as difficult as the original Paper Mario with pretty much the same difficulty curve, maybe a slightly harder final boss, so take that as you will for your kid - it should be good beginner RPG fare, it merely offers options that make it a lot harder than PM if desired. Content should be kid-appropriate, it's a little bit grimmer than Paper Mario but still well on the lighthearted side of things (I mean, PM is one of the least dark games ever created).
