i wouldn't worry about it. just keep the discipline up and things will snap into shape. extra energy spent worrying about skin will just take up resources when you could be lifting instead.

Do some abdominal/core exercises to tone that area and build some muscle there so it looks fuller. Exercising that area will increase blood flow and plump up the muscles so they show more, that will make your belly skin appear more tight. Good luck.
Ill do this, thank you! Ive been abandoning my core when working out, so maybe thats why I look so soft. I could easily dedicate 15-30 minutes a day to my core
