Topic	It's so sad how the powers that be can control the narrative.

But I'd be lying if I said I didn't think a handful of people had to believe that because the truth is actually terrifying. That no matter what someone does right the law, the people who are supposed to be trained to handle things the average person can't and is supposed to protect us, can fuck someone up anyway just because they want to/can. It's sad to realize that there's still a lot of prejudice and the law really is made up of a lot of average people. And that the system is designed to protect those people above the citizens when it comes down to it. Maybe I'm just cynical. I don't know anymore. People need to face it one day though.
