While fair to do, the response that someone of minority ethnicity should be hired to replace her doesn't sound like the right response either. Hire based on value as a person, not race. Normally, I'd agree without hesitation, but this is porn we're talking about. Not tryna shit on the industry, but it is about appealing to shallow, skin-deep desire. It probably the only business where it makes sense to say "This person is nice, but we're looking for more [insert race here]" without any bs political agendas behind it. --- ...
