She's already pulling away at that point as best I can tell. Like, there's literally less than a second between the start of the 480p video and when she starts to resist, indicated when she pulls up with her left arm unbalancing the officer, and the officer's right hand is not even visible for the entire duration of that second. It looks like his right hand moving forward is entirely reactionary to her trying to move away from him. Any contact with her breasts at that point is pretty obviously unintentional or reactionary.

Y'all should see what a regular, legally approved pat down looks like if you think this was a groping. Again, the use of the batons was wildly inappropriate, but you don't need to imagine a nano-second of sexual assault for that to be the case. Let's be rational here ffs.
