regardless worldwide justice will need global movement, aggressive or not

i live in a state where alohcol is banned but what you know right next to my apartment is a house where alchocol is made and sold by the thugs who live there and they openly come to rooftop and drink and smoke and no one in the entire street raises a voice

just recently the thug threatened a doctor who lives next to them to stop using survellience camera and that he can complain to police but the thug will destroy his camera as his camera supposedly covers their rooftop

that said thug has 15 random people coming in said rooftop/balcony and they look literal criminals so no one wants to get involved

such is the reality of third world country living and developed nations have same issues in so called NEIGHBORHOOD where supposedly even police does not go into

pimps, druggists, criminals run wild and ain't nothing is being done, instead the so called justice warriors complain about gaming characters
