Garioshi 06/08/20 1:25:41 AM #82:	Oh, as for the handguns: The Blacktail and Red 9 both outclass the default handgun; fully upgraded, the Red 9 will do more damage per bullet and the Blacktail will do more DPS with a higher capacity, as well as having 1.5x the aiming speed. The Punisher is probably the worst handgun in the game and I wouldn't bother using it unless you're doing a challenge run. However, you might find yourself relying on the TMP over your chosen handgun and it's not unreasonable to drop one over the other.
