KCF has beaten Ori and the Will of the Wisps

I had to purchase the remaining shard upgrades post-game, but I 100% completed it, including beating all of Icehawk's spirit trial records.

I'm not sure if I like this or Blind Forest more. Initial gut reaction says Blind Forest. While Will of the Wisps greatly improved combat (and subsequently put it in the spotlight more), and had overall more traversal abilities and related environmental objects, I think traversal flow was more fluid in Blind Forest, which is huge for me. It just felt like level design was a lot more complex in this game, which is really cool and neat to discover all the nooks and crannies, but it sacrifices the ability to move non-stop in a breathtaking fashion that I adore.

Also, I liked the tone from Blind Forest more. It was a good mix of hopeful and bittersweet. My personal experience with Will of the Wisps was that it was pretty much a downer from start to finish. Obviously don't read this if you haven't played it, but I was not expecting Ori to die at the end and be revealed as the narrator from the games. Also just thinking about the story about Shriek, her final scene, and ambiguous fate just crushes my spirit.
