Everyone has significant medical problems, and it's not feasible for us to have a nurse/aid come in and help out. If we were to do that, they would need to be her 24/7. Something as simple as my brother needing to take a shit requires some level of help from me, and lets just say he can go days without needing to shit. It's even worse now since my dad died, which means even though I don't need to help him anymore I have to do what he used to do as well. Not that I would be doing much more with my life. At best I'd be in a small house or apartment with an uninspiring job.
