Tom Holland is probably my favorite live-action Spider-Man at the moment, though a perverse part of me wants to put Nicholas Hammond in the running: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8aQvCEn3JU But if we're also counting voice actors (and we should, because half the time they tend to play the best version of any given character - see also Kevin Conroy, Mark Hamill, and Efrem Zimbalist Jr), then my nostalgia ranks Dan Gilvezan pretty highly.
