| Decoy77 06/14/20 5:00:28 PM #39: | He was parked in a Wendy drive thru, cars were having to go around him. Police were called by Wendy's to take a look at him and see what was up. They wake him up, he was passed out in the car. He was tested and failed a breathalyzer, he was drunk. They were going to arrest him and HE RESISTED(see this part right is where it went wrong, that was on HIM, not the cops) and fought with the cops. Took the cops taser. Ran from the cops turned to fire it at the cops and the cop shot him. This would have easily been avoided had he no resisted arrest. How many people are arrested for DUI a year? How many are without incident? How many end with someone dead?
