Nope, they're rated M for mature (or whatever the equivalent is in Europe and other places) just like TLOU2.
One recent example: Omega Labyrinth Life is rated M in the US and Sony demanded extra censorship for the PS4 version while the uncensored version was allowed on Switch, and even the censored version got the same M rating in the end. Sony demanded extra censorship from this game and many other anime-style games even when the original was already within the bounds of the M rating, yet gives TLOU2 the okay to include a sex scene that's several times more explicit than anything in OLL or any Senran Kagura game because... why, exactly?
My guess is Naughty Dog has a lot of sway over Sony.
