You're pretty deep into the rabbit hole just by bringing up her name, yet you're lying by saying there were no charges. To be totally honest, I have no idea if she was charged or not. There's almost zero information on that. Nothing completely credible. But the amount of criticism that the video and her reputation are receiving should raise some eyebrows regardless.
