They'd do what you told them, spend like 15+ minutes, break out the Barbosal and single blade razor, take it down to literally the skin. In the states? Over $10-$12 for a basic ass haircut and they don't even take it all the way to the skin. If I want something comparable to that experience? Over $20 For a basic. Ass.
