23 y/o Stephanie urged voters not to elect her dad, a self-described pro-life Constitutional Conservative as she said "If you're in Michigan and 18+ pls for the love of god do not vote for my dad for state rep. tell everyone. Do a quick fb or google search to find info about his campaign. I don't feel safe rn sharing further information regarding his beliefs, but please look him up and just read for yourself" It has received over 180,000 likes and shared more than 37,000 times Her father's campaign later released a long 3 page, single spaced diatribe against liberal universities who "brainwashed" his daughter for her anti-endorsement while also supporting her "right to free speech" He's running in the 73rd District and said he felt happy Stephanie is "confident enough in our relationship to express her opposing thoughts so publicly" but then said he was the most conservative option in a 3 way Republican primary He then told WOOD TV that his daughter's comments were a result of an "indoctrined" colege with things that are completely opposite from where they raised them. He said "When they go off to college, quite frankly, they get involved with these Marxist/socialist universities. Did it hurt me seeing that tweet? Of course it idd. I'm the father, i'm human, you feel things like that, but one of the things i did with my children, all 4 of them said i always focus on the truth" His 20 y/o daughter, Natalie ALSO shares the same beliefs as hers as he thought he had a solid relationship with them where they could dis him on social media and know he won't disown them In the end, he wasn't surprised she wasn't endorsing him as they don't agree on abortion, systemic racism and white privilege but rather blamed the University of Colorado, Texas and Austin which is her alma matter for exposing them to "progressive" ideas that are America Destroying ideas He said "They just kind of get sucked into this Marxist communist ideology and she and i just don't see eye to eye when it comes to the whole socialism, communism, Marxist philosophy" Robert believes she's only speaking out now cause of the whole "fight against racial injustice" while not seeing that it's just a protest against white people like herself but thinks she will see it for what it really is later on in life..
