I see what you're getting at and don't agree it reflects reality.

I think the proper concern would be how society reinforces ideas that lead girls to feel ashamed of their sexuality and boys to be proud of it. As a result girls are often labeled sluts if they begin having sex earlier or more frequently than other girls, and often have a hard time dealing with puberty. While boys feel great if they develop sooner than other boys and are told having sex is an accomplishment to be proud of.

Girls get the short end of the stick there. But if you remove the societal factors that influence boys and girls to act certain ways you'll find that girls want and enjoy sex just as much as boys, and boys are just as capable of emotional attachment as girls. Unfortunately boys and girls are taught to repress certain aspects of themselves.
