He also did make it to the quarterfinals of the Budokai, but then did absolutely nothing in that match, other than a cheap shot vs Roshi (which did zero damage). Hes just a dessert bandit at this point, with no training from Roshi. Unless Im remembering incorrectly, he hasnt done anything to show any superhuman feats yet. So I stand by my claim that Videl could possibly beat him (not likely, but possibly). BettyWhite posted... While I wouldn't be surprised if she couldn't handle Bacterian's funk. Krillin only managed it because he didn't have a nose. I originally had Bacterian also in the likely to lose category for that reason, but then I thought Videl can fly. And she was strong enough to break the neck of a super powered Spopovich. She can fly out of Bacterians stink range and then come in for a quick one hit win.
