I don't think that at all, CNN ran a segment a few weeks ago specifically going into this and saying the protests hadnt lead to increases.

But that was a couple weeks ago when only the sunbelt states were seeing spikes. Only two states had any reduction in numbers this morning and most states were seeing increases

I mean anytime there's been any uptick in numbers there's a certain side of the political spectrum that blames the protesters when the facts (not that they care about them ever) say otherwise.
