Quin Houff had 10 Xfinity starts and 5 ARCA starts total with no top 5s before he became a Cup driver. They are not part of the 40 best talents in NASCAR. The back 7-8 cars in the field are drivers and/or teams that have no place in the elite series. The Dillon brothers will have long careers on nepotism alone despite middling results. Minor league baseball players can't pay money to move up a level over better talents.
