Xenozoa425 07/01/20 9:47:34 PM #2: | 3 months of no exercise and eating bad, 152lbs to 171lbs. Went back on the healthy path yesterday. Drinking more water, taking electrolytes and supplements (cod liver oil, ACV, BHB). Going to try and do keto with minimal farm meat (beef, pork, chicken) as part of a "spirit diet". Just one meal today. Green tea, steamed salmon with loaded cauliflower and a side of pumpkin seeds. Let's go --- "Your flesh is a relic; a mere vessel.
