Holy shit. How? Thats insane.

VW includes audi, porsche, lambo, and bugatti. And i think one or two others. Im fairly sure they own skoda and maybe peugot or renault?

Not sure about toyota but they for sure own Lexus ans daihatsu.

Toyota being so high confuses me but i mean relative to tesla they got a fuckton of cars on the road.

I cant comprehend that number for tesla. I believe you but.... how?

huh. Well they did get a 100 billion evaluation in january. Cant find more current numbers.

Either way theyre at worst 2 world wide i guess.
You can just google Tesla stock and compare market caps.

I'll explain.
What other car companies...
  • can produce an EV with the range, power, and scale that Tesla does?
  • are on Tesla's level for autonomous vehicles?
  • have giga factories across the world mass producing million mile batteries?
  • are starting mass production of autonomous semi trucks?
  • have a promising solar and green energy businesses?
  • have the services potential (insurance, subscriptions, taxi, etc) that Tesla does?
The answer to all of the above is: none. And I've barely gotten started. The other brands are just littered with infrastructure to produce gas cars that no one will want (or likely be banned) sooner than later.

Tesla isn't just a car company and it's starting to be more correctly valued as a tech company along the lines of Amazon.
