It worries me how many people in this topic are resting on that point. Contract or no contract, the videos should be taken down because that's the right thing to do. No one should accept this because of a contract because a contract doesn't absolve you of the responsibility to be a good human being. This is one of the main downsides of Capitalism. It makes people turn off their morals and ethics and replace them with some weird version of contract law. A Contract is a Contract is a Contract. Period.
