School is so much better than work. You get the time to have a general education instead of having a hyper focused role. You also are exposed to a wider variety of people and interests and have more freedom over your schedule.

High School > Undergrad > Grad School >> Work

There also wasnt really an issue with bullying in my school. The people who perceived themselves to be bullied really just had bad anxiety, and even asking them what anime they like they perceived as being made fun of if the asker was from the more liked crowds.

HS teacher seems like it would be an enjoyable job, just treat the kids like people and theyll treat you well.
