It's hard to even imagine ourselves meeting those needs sometimes. If you're hungry, you know that if you get food you will feel better. But if you're feeling down because you never felt like you deserve the love you've gotten, and the job you have devoted decades of your life to has come to feel empty and unsatisfying, it's much harder to visualize a path to getting better. It may seem impossible. I have all of this. I am extremely lucky and privileged. Now, I just need to be come a millionaire, have a big ass mansion, a yacht, a lambo and a super model girlfriend. --- Don't like it? Don't watch it.
