those 2 were idiots. they didn't bring enough paint, and also they didn't even erase it. basically they just neatly painted the yellow letters black. but the street was less black than the paint so you could still read the letters, now in dark black instead of yellow. they failed. but they are also idiots and racists. the city approved that project. it wasn't vandalism. ironically these people were the actual vandals. trying to destroy a city project
