I'll agree that he shouldn't have died over this incident, but he's not blameless for escalating the situation.

Chauvin's conduct is still suspect and really shouldn't be proper protocol, if it is. He should be getting tried for manslaughter, but the murder charge pretty much guarantees he'll walk free. Even then, despite the constant narrative you can't call negligence murder.

Lol what? The transcript of the incident doesn't change that a man was murdered, accidental or otherwise from intentional force being used on him.

From the beginning of the incident you see the cops escalating the situation to near violent levels.
