What? Venus doesn't rotate?
Let me Wikipedia it...

With a rotation period of 243 Earth days, it takes longer to rotate about its axis than any other planet in the Solar System and does so in the opposite direction to all but Uranus (meaning the Sun rises in the west and sets in the east)

I would say that its axis is upside down with respect to the rest of the solar system, and still say that the sun rises on Venus' east and sets on Venus' west, not our east and west.

Oh, and Uranus is like a top rolling on its side.
