Topic	Man I spent hours building my first pc and it wont turn on

I just ran user benchmark and got these results: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/30390560 I am worried it says the RAM is under-performing because I thought I went above and beyond with that. I already enabled the XMP profile and cpu-z says I'm getting 1599.6 dual channel frequency which to my understanding is what it should be. anyone know why it says the latency is so high? is it not settled into the motherboard properly or something? Sometimes ram speed (and timing) isn't automatically set in the BIOS and results to using default speeds rather then what is advertised on the box.
