The only country I have ever had people grope me when allegedly checking for dangerous items is the US, the country I happen to have citizenship in. Not even the PRC has felt the need to touch my junk before. So yes maybe this is the right way to do the breast check or whatever, but it's a question of why? The US has the highest prison population in the world both by numbers and percent. No first world country, and even most third world countries have as high a rate of police killings either. The US for as much as it talks about freedom is a police state in many ways.
