However, in a statement over the actual arrest, lawyers defending the women said to the effect of (i'm paraphrasing) "that just because these women work in the industry, doesn't mean they can be used." Referring to the women who filed these new charges.....of course there's been a billion of articles since the initial arrest, so I'm trying to find it. You know that being in the industry could mean any part of it, right? Not only sex. And being in the industry doesn't mean they can be used by anyone, right? Depending on the actual company, porn stars can also say no to working with certain porn stars, as well. Meaning that if they didn't want to have sex with him, they don't have to. Certain porn stars even have a list of people they won't work with... So, if he still had sex with them at a place that wasn't a set, or had sex with them when they said no, then it's still rape.
